Following a facilities study and master plan prepared by the architect, St. James Catholic Church opted to purchase a long-empty office building to house their pre-school thru 3rd grades. The dismal existing condition was a challenge to creative design to produce a cheerful learning environment for young children. With relatively few strategic structural changes dictated by program needs and code requirements, the building was enhanced by color and materials to provide an environment the children enjoy. |
