This 33,000 sf facility replaced an existing inefficient building composed of two turn of the century wood structures with varying floor elevations. The new building completed phase two of an earlier addition and provided new retail customer offices, conveniently located for best customer access. This addition provided a covered banking mall and allowed the customer to pass from the parking area through the new center to the existing ten story downtown bank center. A major renovation of the unfinished north elevator tower provided the bank a long needed new image to the newly created north approach to the downtown. |
