Max's
Brick Oven Cafe
|

This
turn of the
century
building, whose
architectural
integrity had
been ignored,
was transformed
into a warehouse
in the mid
1950's. Due to
the
re-development
of the historic
properties in
the Market House
Square, a local
restaurant
owner's dream to
locate downtown
became reality.
This now popular
downtown cafe
utilized
salvaged
elements from
former Paducah
landmarks and
existing
architectural
details which
form an eclectic
composition. A
980 sf addition
and a quaint
courtyard
compliments the
charm of the
existing
building. |
